Phoenix Eyes

This distinctive tea was made in the region known for the small round Dragon Pearls. The spring leaves were picked before the Ching Ming festival in early April. The shape of the tea “eyes” shows meticulous workmanship and care. The leaves gently unfurl into the water. Use a wineglass or glass teapot to showcase this beautiful tea. The taste is sweet but quite full for a display tea that can handle a long steep without becoming bitter.
